FRAGRANCE FAMILY: FLORAL
The first scent from, fun and frivolous fashion house, Miu Miu, is just that. Composed by Prada favourite, perfumer Daniela Andrier, the unique and youthful fragrance starts off with a sparkling lily of the valley note that’s further brightened by the presence of a little bergamot.
Moving onto an effervescent jasmine with touches of peach and blackcurrant, this tender, sweet white floral almost fizzes on the skin. But it’s cut through with a crisp green note that takes it way beyond the realms of pretty florals.
The base centres around an intriguing note of Akigalawood: a patchouli-like ingredient offering peppery and woody accords.
Miu Miu have always been known for their innovative designs and chic, fun style, and the bottle that houses this vivacious scent is a stunner. The baby blue ‘quilting’ – a signature of the house – is juxtaposed with a striking red with gold accents, making it utterly collectible.
