It was gangster decision to make Godfather’s pudding- rich, elegant and complex in its own right. The creative urge to make this came form humble weekend walk by hedges full of hop vines drying in summer holidays. Kent is a large producer of hops in UK, possibly largest and benefited from growing demand due to rise of small local breweries across the country.
