Controlling your personal information

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third party with the following exceptions: in the case of subscribers, Perfume Discovery Ltd. (our ‘sister’ company, who dispatch The Scented Letter and co-ordinate logistics for events etc.), and Latest in Beauty, who require your mailing details only for sending out our Fragrance Education Discovery Boxes. We do not hold or store credit card details nor do we share these with any third party.

In occasional instances where (non-credit card) information may be shared with third parties, an ‘opt-in’ box will on each occasion allow you the opportunity to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’. We only ask for your phone number in order to deal with any queries on delivery; phone numbers will never be shared with a third party. We will only use your personal information to tell you about third parties who we think you may find interesting if you opt in for this to happen, on each individual basis.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable.
