Hugo Boss fragrantly bottles ‘modern femininity’

The latest scent draws its influences from the independent spirit of the Hugo Boss woman and her love of life.

Fronted by Gwyneth Paltrow, the campaign is a visionary portrayal of modern femininity. Artistic Director for Boss Womenswear Jason Wu has weaved this message throughout every aspect, from the powdery pink shade of the flacon to the tuxedo Gwyneth was styled in.

‘The Boss woman is about success and powerful femininity and those are the qualities that I see very much in Gwyneth Paltrow,’ explains Wu. ‘The concept behind BOSS MA VIE Pour Femme is about confidence in a woman, and I thought Gwyneth Paltrow embodies the role perfectly.’

The new scent is composed in three parts entitled ‘modernity’, ‘femininity’ and ‘confidence’. At the top you’ll discover fresh accords of cactus blossom, followed by a delicate bouquet of feminine rose bud at the heart. The base dries down to reveal a warming aroma of cedarwood.
