Guerlain’s latest scent smells like a tall glass of cooling fruit punch on a hot summer’s day

Say hello to Limon Verde, the latest addition to Guerlain’s Aqua Allegoria collection which now comprises a total of 31 different scents – each reinventing the timeless theme of freshness with every spritz.

Inspired by the prominently refreshing notes of lime and cane sugar in Caipirinha, the national ‘drink’ of Brazil, this new sensuous creation by Guerlain’s house perfumer Thierry Wasser is refreshing and citrusy, while remaining simple and linear. It quite honestly smells like summertime in a bottle.

Successfully marrying sweet and sharp accords, Thierry interpreted the theme by contrasting ‘the sparkle of lime and the sweetness of cane sugar to create a tropical citrus as joyful and lively as a samba.’

The delicate, botanical scent opens with zesty lime at the top, followed by a heart of green notes, tropical fruit, fig and cane sugar – and a base of tonka bean.
