The Fragrance Foundation have announced the hotly-anticipated shortlist of finalists they have selected to put forward for this year’s Jasmine Awards. Seen as the industry’s ‘Oscars’ for fragrance writing, they are much sought-after and truly treasured when collected by the lucky winners.
If you look down the list you may see some familiar names, including world-class independent publications, leading glossy magazines, some of our favourite bloggers (many of whom have contibuted pieces online and in our magazine, The Scented Letter) and also, well… The Perfume Society!
Last year we were honoured with a Judges Special Recognition Award; this year we were thrilled to find out we have several features that have been chosen as finalists, and present the grand roll call with a lump in our throats. (Our Editor and Co-Founder Jo Fairley also has three nominations, for her Telegraph Online Perfume Notes column.)
It truly means so much to us – even more so to be among such great company! Here are the categories and features we have been shortlisted to win…
