Fashion & Fragrance Discovery Box: Penhaligon’s Tralala

East London design duo Meadham Kirchoff – who are renowned for their quirky catwalk creations – teamed with perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour to create this opulent Penhaligon’s floriental. They even used a giant atomiser to spritz their whimsical runways of wonderment with it at the autumn/winter 2014 shows!

Tralala is an enchanting fusion of old-fashioned frills and twisted modernity, blending fizzy aldehydes with saffron, violet leaf absolute, whisky and galbanum. The heart mixes carnation, leather, tuberose, ylang ylang, oris and incense; and in the base, myrrh resinoid, opoponax absolute, patchouli, vetiver, cedarwood, heliotrope, musk and vanilla.

Penhaligon’s Tralala, £150 for 100ml eau de parfum
