The autumn/winter 2014 beauty campaigns have been absolute visual treats so far, from Edie Campbell for Yves Saint Laurent to Gisele Bündchen for Chanel No. 5. And we can now add Tom Ford‘s new campaign for Black Orchid to that growing list.
Shot by Mario Sorrenti, the campaign features the ever-popular Cara Delevingne posing nude with minimal make-up (other than a rather splendid smokey eye) and her locks slicked back from her flawless face. She gazes into the camera surrounded by glistening water and purple orchids while clutching a bottle of the glorious scent between her black lacquered fingertips, naturally.
The striking model has long been taking the fashion and beauty world by storm – she was unveiled this week as one of The World’s Highest-Paid Models of 2014 by Forbes. It’s not surprising really, considering she walks for pretty much every brand at fashion week and rather notably strutted hand-in-hand with Karl Lagerfeld himself at Chanel’s autumn/winter 2014 show.
