Everything she touches turns to gold… or rather silver, in this case. Hoping to recreate the success of her debut fragrance ARI, Ariana Grande launches Frankie. This vibrant shared scent is based on the playful personalities of the singer and her brother, who the limited edition is named after.
Frankie, who is openly gay, found fame on Broadway – and as a TV presenter, has received hateful comments on social media regarding his sexuality. His sister spoke out in his defence saying he is the ‘most incredible, funniest, most intelligent, kind hearted and most LOVED person on the face of the planet!’ (She apparently even renounced her Catholic faith when she found that the religion was not inclusive of homosexual people.)
Ariana and Frankie created the gender-neutral fragrance to celebrate their fans around the world. Echoing a metallic silver disco ball with her signature pompom in black, Ariana said of the new release: ‘Now everyone can shine bright like Frankie.’
Spicy pink pepper livens up the opening of juicy pear and apricot. With a creamy heart of wild orchid, crisp cedar wood and an anchoring base of sandalwood and musk this scent promises to please.
