Camille Goutal and Isabelle Doyan, we salute you. Annick Goutal has taken the original gardenia Un Matin d’Orage eau de toilette from 2009 and rewritten it for a glorious magnolia take on the original – an eau de parfum m that, if possible, is even more encompassing than that debut first composition.
A feminine and delicate bouquet of magnolia, sensuously blended with a dash of milky tuberose. As it develops, the fragrance draws you in with rich notes of smoky guaiac wood and woodsy myrrh, accompanied by accords of intense vanilla.
Cleverly, they have personified the sensory experience of the fragrance, by offering us a window into the life of a woman who narrates the story behind the scent.
