First launched back in 2010, Bleu de Chanel quickly established itself as a firm favourite for its fresh and untamed aroma.
Now, Chanel perfumer Jacques Polge has introduced a gleaming new interpretation of the fragrance, taking it into a sensual, amber territory – while still embodying Bleu de Chanel‘s signature aquatic, aromatic freshness.
Bleu de Chanel isn’t simply just a concentration of the original, but a gloriously rounded and velvety version, alive with woody accords of vetiver, cedar, Mediterranean herbs and vibrant citrus fruits. As the base dries down, the creamy, woodsy, musky softness of New Calendonian sandalwood makes its presence felt.
‘The fragrance of a man who refused to blend in or be bound to rules.’
We like the sound of him.
